While 6ix Park Grill is located within Hyatt Regency Irvine, it boasts a private entrance and complimentary valet service. 6ix Park Grill Features contemporary Californian Cuisine utilizing fresh seasonal ingredients. Our food Wood-fire grill is prominent in many of our dishes, including our signature grilled Caesar salad and the 6ix Park Grill Trio-a seasonal display of three grilled meats and seafood. A lavish breakfast buffet is served from 6:00am to 11:00am (Saturday &Sunday until 12:00 pm.
